[Bug 21948] New: Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri does not start at all if started from the shell

This got the game working well enough to let me get bitten by the already known bugs. 2) Typing wine "C:\Program Files\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri\terran.exe" in a shell. This causes the screen to change mode, and then change back.
