[Bug 5657] EVE Online reports VM Size as 0 while on Windows it reports the memory usage

This is still an issue in 1.5.14, and most likely in 1.5.15 will try it out
soon enough.

Taskmanager/Monitor reports ->

Working set 0MB
Virtual mem 0MB
Pagefaults something.

Blue Memory works, so does python memory.
But Total Memory is 0

Uploaded a picture of the bug.
