Steps to reproduce: * Open Beyond Compare (e.g., ./wine "C:\Program Files\Beyond Compare 2\BC2.exe") * Open a folder compare session. * Select a file with differences. * Change desktops You will notice that the beyond compare windows travel with you to the new desktop. Another caveat: if, after selecting a file with differences, you choose the main beyond compare window, and leave the file diff viewer maximized in the background, and then change desktops.... I do not receive any "ixme:event:wait_for_withdrawn_state window 0x20030/2c0002e wait timed out" errors, and Beyond Compare minimizes/restores fine multiple times. I can also change desktops without any problems (without the BC windows traveling with me).
