It does not restore the resultion of the screen and leaves me unable to access the game. The message is: fixme:d3d:IWineD3DDeviceImpl_CreateAdditionalSwapChain

Full log is attached. Can someone with D3D knowledge please have a look and tell me if I need to provide more information? I'm running this on Ubuntu 8.04 Hardy (32 bits) with an nVidia GeForce4 Ti 4400. I searched the existing bugs but could not find any reference to this particular case. In case I'm mistaken, please let me know.
