xi2 patch fixed 11/11/2010 c138970ea2ce0661ebb80a5e0079e284a19d3176

Updated xinput2 patch for today's git. Applies cleanly again.
Tested on commit c138970ea2ce0661ebb80a5e0079e284a19d3176 (winmm/tests: Fix
