It shows a small menu-list (here with "COOH") to type symbols. Under RC3 it works properly in the first use only, making the application unusable. The result is: 0.9.52 is the last version that is OK and 0.9.53 is already affected. Regarding RegressionTesting: I don`t have that much knowledge and time to do it. Regarding wine version: I tested several older version (downloaded as slackware package via winehg page). The result is: 0.9.52 is the last version that is OK and 0.9.53 is already affected.

According to wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISIS/Draw ISIS is freeware downloadable after registration (at least it was some time ago). Luckily several services for amateur chemists allows downloading ISIS Draw: http://chemfan.pg.gda.pl/Oprogramowanie/Program/Draw23.exe or http://www.chemia.px.pl/cgi-bin/archiwum.cgi?typ=B&lok=$k$k$uftp$uoprogramow... In order to run ISIS under wine one needs a DLL file (I guesss it`s MDLCTL32.dll). I copied it from Windows after installing ISIS there. Is this still an issue in current (1.1.9 or newer) wine?
I`ve just tested 1.1.8 and 1.1.9. Both seems to be OK.
