  May be, that the problem occurs because of czech language records inside 
  registry, please do you have any idea what is wrong?

+ Try to reconfigure Wine without using Windows dlls or Windows registry.
+ You can even unmount the Windows partition if you are worried that wineinstall
+ picks up registry without your confirmation.
