I just replace my wine v1.1.0 with the new one (v1.1.1): now I cannot see any cursor inside the mail editor. I can type something but I don't see where the cursor is. The version before was v1.1.0 there it works. Later I will do a regression testing <http://wiki.winehq.org/RegressionTesting>. If someone is online and read this maybe you do it like me. If somebody is using a newer version of 'The Bat!' (Ritlabs comes actual with v4.0.24): please check also this item. Thanks for your attention. By mail editor, did you mean: Mail -> New (Ctrl + N) ?
Yes. There I don't see what is normaly called cursor: I choose the the cursor in 'The Bat!'s settings to underscore '_' and to block-cursor - both don't show anything. It's not so nice to write without knowing where I'm ... ;-)
Are you using 3.99.x?
Yes - Version 3.99.24 - I' still in this point. The versions after don't work in other ways. I check this item every time when Ritlabs have released a new Version - either beta or stable. The actual beta-version 4.0.26.3 is also with some errors in use of wine/windows registry - it cannot store the settings.
Later I will do a regression testing

I just finish a regression test to catch this bug - but all was good! (btw: I like git - more and more :) This was what I use: -the latest repository of wine downloaded with git -followed this description: <http://wiki.winehq.org/RegressionTesting> -tested with my version v3.99.24 of 'The Bat!' And always before I start 'The Bat!' I kill my '~/.wine'-folder. At the end I did like it was said on the wiki-page when all bisections are good: but no result. I don't find the patch which killed the kittens. After this I check again with the downloaded DEB-packages from <http://wine.budgetdedicated.com/apt/pool/main/w/wine/>: the error I described before was still there -the cursor disappears when I want to write a new mail.
