[Bug 14074] New: mouse/cursor position error - jumps on mouseOver of Wine-related window

In other words, when I move the arrow cursor over any part of a Wine window/dialog box (except the top grab bar), the arrow jumps left and up about a inch. Unfortunately mouse clicks are sent as though the mouse was still where one would expect it to be. In other words, with the arrow cursor over the Wine dialog box, the cursor is up and left of where mouse clicks are sent from. I tried disabling Compiz, with no effect. Just install and run the application, by moving the mouse between top line (selectable-text) and second line being selectable-icons you will see the mouse pointer jumping. By a virtual desktop, I mean wine's virtual desktop. It seems to help a bit. Page [1] states that "Hotspots should be created with positive location values. If the xHotSpot or yHotSpot parameter has a negative value, the actual hotspot has an arbitrary position." When hotspot coordinates are negative, Wine sets them to (16,16). I guess that Windows does it differently.
