[Bug 13949] New: office 2003 installation fail

installation of Office 2003 fail, also using msxml3.msi 


I done the following things..

1) rm -r /home/myhomedir/.wine
2) launch wincfg, then exit with ok button
3) download msxml3.msi and install it with 
      msiexec /i msxml3.msi
4) launch winecfg and choose msxml3 like native
5) Launch office intallation
