[Bug 5883] Printing does not work for ole visual basic 6

VB6 Project + PDF from cups-pdf

Works at least for me on current git. No external dlls files required (except
for msvbvm60.dll). CUPS-PDF "prints" the file as expected. PDF attached. I also
repacked the original author's project because he forgot the .frm file. Console
warnings remain:

Tested under a clean prefix. Let me know if any other information is required.
