If Wine File Manager is used to open Add/Remove Programs, then there is: 

* a window for Add/Remove Programs

– but no separate listing for the window in (for example) 
  Task Manager of KDE Plasma. 

After Wine File Manager closes: 

* there remains a window that's not in Task Manager

– screenshot attached.
