I just tested with 1.3.21 and PowerPoint shows me the presentation on monitor 2
while I can see the usual editing view for slides on monitor 1.

However, this is not fully working as PowerPoint/wine does not detect two
monitors but only one.

So I can neither choose on which monitor to show the presentation nor can I use
the Presenter's View (presentation mode).
