Mouse movement and animations are extremely slow, jerky in the game. Can be observed in the menus and during gameplay, too. The game offers DirectX and OpenGL rendering modes; the problem is present in both modes. Fullscreen as well as virtual desktop mode produce the same behaviour. Interesting. Is your box relatively slow? It's plenty fast enough here without the patch.
