Compiled 20020605 with Mandrake 8.1 and kernel 2.4.1, perl 5.6.1 no problems.
When installing registry, I get:

[whf(a)pasteur wine-20020605]$ /usr/local/bin/wine
/usr/local/bin/wine: error in loading shared libraries:
/usr/X11R6/lib/libwine.so: undefined symbol: stdscr
