It's one of the most important information points besides the Wine version. Software is constantly being reworked/revamped, sometimes with underlying frameworks/technology changed, exposing different behaviour. No one wants to waste time on things that are no longer reproducible/applicable. I'm guessing based on OP's bug report date this might be some PM 4.6x version that is being talked about here (http://www.pmail.com/v46x.htm). Your "new problem" (comment #10) is a dupe.
