The message from debug session: user(a)ubuntu:~/.wine/drive_c/Micro/Invoice$ wine INVOICE.EXE -debugmsg -debug fixme:hook:SetWindowsHookEx16 hook type 1 broken in Win16 It hangs, included an image. One other issue can't type inside the program on Cyrillic, just able to type in Latin.
Make sure that your locale is set appropriately. Also if you look at the English version of download page, none of the downloads mention "invoice".
