Here mp71.exe installation quits with the error message "The Windows Media
Update Notifier is currently unable to detect available updates.  Please try
again later."  But there is no freeze.

System
- Fedora Core 4
- WINE CVS 2006-02-20 compiled with GCC 4.0.2 
- WINE 0.9.7 from RPM
