I tested ares 2.1.1 and ares 2.1.0 (from here http://www.filehippo.com/download_ares_galaxy/changelog/4933/) with wine 1.1.29
The internet scrollbars works for the two versions of ares so the bug can be closed.
Internet tab allows to load some site and shows vertical scroll, but UI inside browser is unresponsive - only scrolling with wheel works... Terminal is full of: --- fixme:shdocvw:InPlaceActiveObject_TranslateAccelerator (0x165d90)->(0x33fe1c) --- Not fixed in wine-1.1.29-410-gbae9e56. Duplicate of bug 26355 and fixed.
I think I can confirm this, I just tried old version of this application and browser becomes unresponsive if I revert this patch in shlwapi.
