[Bug 28032] New: Screenshot entry in user's Queued Items cannot display a submitted screenshot

When clicking "Edit" on an screenshot item, user could see, and edit it's description. But the screenshot image itself is not displayed. When opening browser to the image address (http://appdb.winehq.org/appimage.php?bQueued=true&iId=....) will get an error "Insufficient privileges.".
