Other UI options outside of data input appear as normal with minimal to no disruption to the user. The interface looks fine to me in wine-1.3.20-164-g5a7dba5. Please retest with the latest development version of Wine and attach debug output as per http://wiki.winehq.org/FAQ#get_log if necessary.
