This does not occur in Fedora 39 with default Wine 9.1 package. This happens with or with out using gamescope. I use gamescope to nearest neighbor / integer scale the game to playable size on a 4k display. Opening the game normally ($ wine freecell.exe) shows the exact same issue with the drop-down menu. Tried with wine-9.19 in a clean WINEPREFIX. Can you post a comparison without upscaler? I'd like to apologize, it seems that the blurry drop-down menu is actually a gamescope issue. On the other hand, the distorted "radio" buttons (my other bug report), is definitely a Wine 9.19 issue. I think we can close this bug. If you are up for it, try opening Spider Solitaire and look at the difficulty selection buttons or in Solitaire the Game: Options menu.
