Please don't recycle bugs, close it when one patchset made it in... Comments #2-#5 have nothing to do with the web-installer, they are about full offline installer of Office 2013 (bug 34869). There is some Windows Live or whatever they call it now account required for downloading the web-installer hence I can't/won't verify it.
