Relevant lines from msi debug log

Hi,
I tried to install Multisim 10.0.1 Student Evaluation, but installation fails.
The first step, unpacking the zip exe file does work, but running setup.exe
fails, saying it requires Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher.
Same thing for stable wine 1.0.1.
Find the last lines of debug output attachmed.
I ran wine setup.exe with WINEDEBUG=+msi

Sorry, this bug was a duplicate of bug #8895. This software obviously exists
under different names.
