Alexandre has the final decision on it I think. However I would say that
Wine-20041201.tar.gz has a big W because the software's name is Wine not wine
and that usually directory names in unix are lowercase (but then filenames are
lowercase too).

Not a big issue but would be nice to close it once for all.
