The only way to exit the program is to force-terminate it, which causes any temporary settings to be lost. If so, which version of the application is affected? Either I did something wrong when testing or this bug applied only for a previous version of the application, but I couldn't reproduce the problem with the currently available version (1.09 beta 26). The application exits cleanly here, tested with Wine versions 1.1.26, 1.1.37 and with current git (wine-1.4-rc4-56-gf79004c). Do you have an old version of the app available for download? If it still reproduces on there, its not fixed.
