http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=19034 --- Comment #1 from Austin English <austinenglish(a)gmail.com> 2010-06-04 15:44:00 --- This is your friendly reminder that there has been no bug activity for 11 months. Is this still an issue in current (1.2-rc2 or newer) wine? -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.winehq.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are watching all bug changes.

I have recently installed the game, updated it to the latest version 40c and tried to run it with both wine 1.4.1 and 1.5.6 on Debian/unstable x86_64 linux. In both cases it goes through the initial dialog sequence until the bot at player enters the elevator, and (I guess) a video should start being played. What I see is a black box in the middle with the normal background around. I guess in the black box the video should play. Unfortunately nothing shows up. For some time the game continues to consume CPU, but without displaying anything. Then everything freezes ;-) The last lines of the terminal output before Ctrl-C ing out are err:iccvid:decode_cinepak CVID: corruption 0 (QT/AVI) != 5767508 (CV) err:iccvid:decode_cinepak CVID: strip overflow (more than 32) (many of these). I have also run the game with wine 1.4.1 WINEDEBUG=+relay,+seh,+tid, but that created a 1.6G (!) file of output, so no way that I can share that. Any other information I could provide? Thanks Norbert -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.winehq.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are watching all bug changes.
