The cls-lolz module acts as an external algorithm for FreeArc to handle
high-ratio compression

FreeArc with CLS-LOLZ to unpack data now just does nothing since wine 10.7,
every version of wine after version 10.6 are exposed to this bug, including new
11.1.

Expected behaviour (like on wine 10.6) : if program uses FreeArc with CLS-LOLZ,
data unpacking process will spawn "cls-lolz_x64.exe" in task manager, and
unpacking process will start

Actual behaviour (10.7-11.1) : if program uses FreeArc with CLS-LOLZ, data
unpacking will not happen, process "cls-lolz_x64.exe" will not appear in task
manager, and files unpacking process completely stuck at this point

1.Download archive from github releases
2.Install program
3.Go to \%INSTALLPATH%\_MiniCompressor\Releases\Compression\FreeArc\LZ\
4.Program that need to catch your attention placed here, with name
"lolz_x64.exe"

5.Run with cmd through wine, like this : 

wine cmd
C:
cd _MiniCompressor\Releases\Compression\FreeArc\LZ\
lolz_x64.exe

and you will get something like 

lolz v22c4b [Dec 30 2018 20:15:58]

Settings:

*this will output various launch options like -mt -bc -bm etc*

Is it seems that problem appers only if TKG patchset applied, re-tested,
compiled wine 11.1 from source, and programs work like intended. this problem
is related only to TKG patchset and out of upstream.

Sorry for bothering you guys

I think now i understand, that i need to move to corresponding github issues of
the TKG project. 

And thank you for attention and your time anyway, i will be more careful next
time reporting something
