Hello everyone,

I got a request to test a German homebanking application on wine and tried to
install it. Unfortunately the installation routines throws several errors which
make the application not-installable. 

I will also add this application version to the AppDB and add a download link.

Confirming.

"winetricks -q dotnet40" helps, although it doesn't seem to fix the issue
completely.

Also, seems to crash later on when connecting to the internet, but that's a
separate issue.

Console Output wine 3.9 (staging)

Revisiting this bug with updated console output from wine 3.9-staging on
openSUSE.
