Hans' patch was accepted:

Next problem: there are lots of lines of the form
err:setupapi:SetupDefaultQueueCallbackA copy error 2 ".\\lancvira.wiz" ->
"c:\\Program Files\\LANCOM\\LANconfig\\lancvira.wiz"

and it crashes with the error
wine: Call from 0x7ee83430 to unimplemented function
setupapi.dll.SetupPromptReboot, aborting

Changing description to be a bit more general, 
setting component to setupapi
