[Bug 13531] dxi plugins don't run in wine

Hi!

It still doesn't work with v1.1.12

It's very simple to test, ie:

- install reaper
- install dxi2, a free dxi plugin.

in reaper:

File->New Project
Track->Insert New Track

Then in the track you inserted, click the "fx" button

In the window that opens, click "Add", and see in the dx/dxi tree branch.

No dx/dxi plugins are detected.
