Hi,

Remark 1: In future please add downloadlink if it`s free to download. That
really increases the chance of someone looking into this

Remark 2: If this is a driver really, then probably there`s not much sense in
trying to install this; however the installer should really work so still valid
bug.

I can confirm the crash; moreover i tried Staging and there the installer
finishes fine for me.
 @Reporter of bug: could you try if wine-staging "fixes" the crash for you too?

Might be some setupapi bug, but i`m not sure. Maybe one of Staging guys could
have a quick look into this, and tell what Staging patch fixes this crash
