[Bug 9030] army men hangs on black screen

Game installer warns that the game has been designed for win95 but being
installed under NT, but nonetheless installs just fine. Running the game
shows nothing, or rather a black screen with sounds. After pressing Esc
the game cleanly exists.

This is with todays Wine git.
