That's why I tried to run it on wine but I had this problem. wine: cannot find L"C:\\windows\\system32\\Setup.exe"
You are most likely running the command "wine Setup.exe" from the wrong working directory. Wine will only be able to find Setup.exe when you either provide the full path, or (preferred) switch to the correct directory first.

Terminal output would help more (please use an attachment when its more than one or two lines). Please note that most applications do not work properly when they are copied over from a Windows installation though. Do that first (winetricks dotnet20). After that it still crashes. The game comes with an own shdocvw.dll, if i set it to native the game starts for me.
