The application gives you the ability to switch between audio engines, I used the BASS engine (default engine). I have added logs as an attachment. I have retested the program with the new 2009 version and version 1.1.10 of Wine. With this I was able to play files. This still locks the gui so that I have to kill the process, but at least the audio engine seems to work.
