    static control: SS_CENTERIMAGE fixes.
    - Stretch bitmaps and icons to the whole control size if
      SS_CENTERIMAGE is absent
    - Draw the background of centered bitmaps and icons with the
      background brush (like Windows XP for applications with a manifest)
