[Bug 23423] New: Some graphics are corrupted in Civilization IV

It used to be a problem before. At some point it was fixed, but unfortunately I can't give exact version number of Wine. Issues I have found: Civilization IV: - In-game menu's CivIV-logo is corrupted. In current git (1.2-rc7), the cursor has the appropriate color and the Civ4 logo appears properly. Screenshot uploaded.
The original poster should retest.
In Wine 1.2, logo is shown normally, but cursor is spoiled. New issue: After starting the game, screen goes sliced. Problem disappears after a resolution change (it is also safe to switch back). That PC has a nVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS and I installed Civilization IV exactly the same way as I did to my laptop. Main menu was not corrupted in any case, so that problem is only ATI related. I have reported this corruption problem in bug 20480, too. I have stated that this fullscreen corruption problem with ATI cards is fixed at least in Wine 1.0.1 and 1.2-rc5. Conclusion: problem is not in the ATI drivers. Some graphics are corrupted in Civilization IV. It used to be a problem before. At some point it was fixed, but unfortunately I can't give exact version number of Wine.
Issues I have found:
Civilization IV:
- In-game menu's CivIV-logo is corrupted.
Civilization IV - Beyond the Sword:
- Animated mouse cursor is gray. - In-game menu's CivIV-logo is corrupted.
