As per https://forum.winehq.org/viewtopic.php?t=37861 the app can run if manually extracted, but Wine itself currently has no capability to install msixbundle packages. Some Adobe Creative Cloud applications (at least Adobe Express Photos and Adobe Fresco) need appxbundle support to install. Currently they crash earlier in the process due to a missing PackageFullNameFromId implementation, but when including the implementation from Proton, they fail to install the appxbundle. Interestingly, Microsoft has released some appx code as MIT (https://github.com/microsoft/msix-packaging).
