I added mfc42u.dll to get rid of missing dll messages, but it now ends here (0.9.59): err:module:attach_process_dlls "iDeviceM.dll" failed to initialize, aborting err:module:LdrInitializeThunk Main exe initialization for L"C:\\Program Files\\iriver\\iriver plus 3\\iPlus3.exe" failed, status c0000142 I tried yesterday on 0.9.58 and got this: err:module:LdrInitializeThunk "iDeviceM.dll" failed to initialize, aborting err:module:LdrInitializeThunk Main exe initialization for L"C:\\Program Files\\iriver\\iriver plus 3\\iPlus3.exe" failed, status c0000142 The errors are slightly different, if that helps at all. I am able to provide more debugging if required. Please reinstall iriver plus 3". I attache the output of wine to console. If you manually unpack the dll with UPX tool "-d" (either win32 or linux version), the app starts successfully, shows gui and runs into other Wine problems. Though the app will probably later fall over missing "msvcirt.dll" functionality.
