But some things are unclear for me, according to bug 3980 #18
saulius said, that GIT and CVS times are not in sync. So, if I used CVS from
full...tgz archive, with said results, does it help? Is the CVS from tgz archive
synced with online CVS?

If I have found the real patch that has broken things, is anybody willing to fix
it? Or what shall I do next?
