Turns out you can download a trial from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=9253DBEA-CC4F-4934-... sha1sum is d617c41f3b252b3689ff22623dd1c3f3da1282fb OfficeCommunicatorEVAL.EXE Oddly, when you run that .exe in wine, it says "Extracted" but doesn't go on to run the installer. Maybe this is a bug, but I skipped over it by just using cabextract to unpack it, and ran the .msi with start.
