It seems that you are missing the whole point, namely that the fix hasn't made it into the main source tree. Apart from the fact that you are being a general pain in the ass in every way.
DUPLICATE The problem is a duplicate of an existing bug. Marking a bug duplicate requires the bug# of the duplicating bug and will at least put that bug number in the description field.
If you still don't get it - this bug is _the same exact problem_ reported on bug 8033. Unless you blind or your hyperlinks don't work, that bug 8033 is _NOT_ closed. If you still not convinced here is some status cut & paste from that bug especially for you:
You know, if you morons would just FIX these bugs instead of dorking around with Bugzilla and hassling people they wouldn't keep reporting them. It ain't fixed until it is in the official release tree or whatever you call it.
