[Bug 13508] New: bug report application

My idea is to implement, or to integrate an existing crash reporting tool, that will collect relevant crash informations about the wine and will give to the user the possibility to submit bug report. This tool can improve considerably the quality of bug reports, that will help developers to quickly identify, reproduce and to solve the problem.
