can you add to .wine/config 
 
 
[Debug] 
"RelayExclude"="RtlEnterCriticalSection;RtlLeaveCriticalSection;_EnterSysLevel;GDI_GetObjPtr;GDI_ReleaseObj;_LeaveSysLevel;_EnterSysLevel;InterlockedIncrement;InterlockedDecrement;GetCurrentThreadId" 
 
and then run the same with: 
 
WINEDEBUG=+relay,+seh,+snoop 
 
this will (a) filter lots of noise, (b) add inter lotus notes dll calls. 
perhaps they tell more.
