ShellExecuteEx fehlgeschlagen: Datei nicht gefunden. (English: It could be started not apply, or it is no application associated with the file. You obviously ignored my example. Leave out the optional title argument (which is bug 10913 btw.)
I could not leave out the title argument. If I do that i get only the help from the start command.
