Hmmm.. this works fine for me.
Okay, not strictly true: When the game first loads it appears as though nothing at all happens and the screen may have locked up. However, alt-tabbing to another window allows the game to immediately start. I couldn't recreate a crash, however.
Wine build: wine-4.19 (Ubuntu 4.19-1)

Mount the iso Using winecfg ensure that it has a driver letter (in my case j). run wine j:\setup.exe This should install all files. If any files are reported as they couldn't be copied. Check the driver letter mapping is correct. Don't install the quicktime libraries, when prompted, as they aren't needed. Try to run.
