The last bug mentioned has been fixed in CVS.  We no longer crash because of
GetFileVersionInfoW.  The original reporter's problem is fixed as well. 
Although part of the application says the installation failed, the final part
says it succeeded and all the files are installed correctly.  I'm resolving this
as fixed because we don't have any of the crashes listed here anymore and the
files are installed.  If there are any other problems with the installer, please
reopen another bug report.
