Log in, download Victoria 2 4. I tried to workaround this bug by winetricks dotnet20 The launcher showed successfully(see screenshot) But if I click "Start Victoria 2", the game crashed

Hi Anastasius, I tested it with recent wine version (after workaround bug 45948) The bug still exists. Unhandled Exception: System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (0x80004005): ApplicationName='v2game.exe', CommandLine='-dlcmod', CurrentDirectory='', Native error= File not found. ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/mono exists.
