I confirm that with 10.0rc2, LTSpice would completely crash when trying to double-click on a line to view the waveform. With 10.0rc3, it seems to no longer crash, but the symbols still appear with distorted circles. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. ...you realize the mr we've mentioned is as of yet not merged ? If you want to test it on your own, you need to build it yourself or wait till a release with the mr merged...hopefully with that new crasher fixed. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. i.e. nothing has been done yet? However, with 10rc2, in addition to the deformed symbols, ltspice crashed badly, with 10rc3, despite the deformed symbols, it seems to work -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. some symbols in LTspice diagrams are deformed
I use the "development" branch; wine 9.18 still worked perfectly.
From 9.19 I picked up a few problems. One of my schematics (.asc files) would crash LTspice to the OS when dragged and dropped in the app.
9.20 it would drag and drop but sometimes zooming in and out would crash to the OS. Also running the simulation would crash to the OS. 9.21 is where the deformed symbols started and it is carried to the latest version. Printing to PDF shows what the schematic is supposed to look like. Print preview also shows deformed symbols. It seems to be a display problem. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.

the problem seems to have been solved with rc4
well, duh - that's not 'resolved', that's 'deferred'. The whole commit series had been reverted as 'too much trouble during code freeze', but the comments in the relevant mr suggest this will be redone once we thaw. -- Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply.
