Use openbox as the window manager, while restore the emule which minimized to
the system tray, the window is above all other windows and the state of the
window is _NET_WM_STATE_ABOVE while it should be original value or normal here.

This happened in emule 0.9.49 and 0.9.50.
And it is ok in 0.9.48.

I can confirm the same behaviour using KDE.
Moreover, after restoring emule the first time, the icon doesn't appear anymore
in the system tray and it minimizes in the taskbar.

Using version 1.0-rc5 I don't have this issue anymore.
There is still the other problem that I've mentioned though, but maybe it
should be better to open another bug report.
